Welcome to the Mather-Franks Care Group.   We are a family fun group of two small residential care homes and a day resource centre for adults with learning disabilities located in Rushden, Northamptonshire.  Our two homes are The Conifers and Highbury.  

Service users are supported to achieve their fullest potentials through individual tailored person-centred care plans, designed to promote independence, respect dignity and enhance quality of life.   Our homes are individually furnished to high standards and operated like small family units, and service users really do make them their own homes, being actively involved in the running of their home.  Staff turnover is low, with many of our staff having worked with us for over 20 years. Our service users take part in the recruitment process and all of our staff are DBS and reference checked and undergo regular supervision. We take the safeguarding of our service users very seriously and all of our staff are highly trained about abuse, what could constitute abuse, and how to report any concerns.
